- Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for custom orders
- Processing for regular orders is 2-3 days
- Shipping times are approximately 4-7 days for all orders
RETURNS
Refunds are not offered for client errors on personalized items. This includes spelling errors. If you change your mind about an order, please contact us immediately. Cancelation will only be possible if we have not started to process your order. Once a design is agreed upon by our guest and Elite Designs, our staff will work hard to process and hand craft your items. We will need 1-2 weeks to create your personal item, so please allow enough time for product creation and shipping!
